Privacyverklaring
ZeroTransfer is zo gebouwd dat we zo weinig mogelijk over je weten en het zo kort mogelijk bewaren. Hieronder staat precies wat er wel en niet wordt verwerkt.
Wie is verantwoordelijk

Wat we niet verwerken
- Geen accounts, geen e-mailadressen, geen namen van verzender of ontvanger.
- Geen inhoudelijke analyse van bestanden; we openen, scannen of indexeren niets.
- Geen cookies voor tracking en geen analytics van derden. Alleen je taalkeuze wordt lokaal in je browser bewaard (
localStorage). - De knop "Link mailen" opent jouw eigen mailprogramma; wij versturen geen e-mail en zien het adres niet.
Grondslag
Uitvoering van de dienst die je zelf aanvraagt (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG) en ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige en beschikbare dienst (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG) voor de technische logregels.
Waar de gegevens staan
Bestanden en metadata worden opgeslagen en verwerkt bij Cloudflare, Inc. met EU-jurisdictie (datacenters binnen de Europese Unie). Cloudflare is verwerker op basis van een verwerkersovereenkomst met EU-standaardcontractbepalingen. Het edge-netwerk dat de pagina's serveert is wereldwijd; daar passeert alleen versleuteld verkeer.
Jouw rechten
Omdat we geen identificerende gegevens aan bestanden koppelen, kunnen we een bestand niet aan een persoon herleiden. Wil je een bestand eerder weg hebben, open dan zelf de link en download het, of wacht de vervaltermijn af. Voor inzage-, verwijder- of bezwaarverzoeken over logdata: privacy@zerotransfer.org. Klachten kunnen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Bij inhoudelijke wijzigingen passen we de datum hieronder aan.
Privacy statement
ZeroTransfer is built to know as little about you as possible and to keep it as briefly as possible. Below is exactly what is and isn't processed.

What we don't process
- No accounts, no email addresses, no names of sender or recipient.
- No content analysis of files; we open, scan or index nothing.
- No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Only your language choice is kept locally in your browser (
localStorage). - The "Email link" button opens your own mail app; we send no email and never see the address.
Legal basis
Performance of the service you request yourself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in a secure and available service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technical log lines.
Where the data lives
Files and metadata are stored and processed at Cloudflare, Inc. under EU jurisdiction (data centers inside the European Union). Cloudflare acts as processor under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses. The edge network serving the pages is global; only encrypted traffic passes there.
Your rights
Because we link no identifying data to files, we cannot trace a file to a person. To remove a file early, open the link and download it yourself, or wait for expiry. For access, deletion or objection requests concerning log data: privacy@zerotransfer.org. Complaints can be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
